Light Therapy Lamps

Get more sunshine in your day! Light therapy lamps emit a bright light of up to 10,000 lux to simulate natural sunshine. They can be used to enhance mood, energy, sleep and focus. During the fall and winter we see less sunlight and light therapy lamps can help combat “winter blues” by reproducing summer light levels.

Some side effects of using light therapy can be eye strain or headaches. Relieve these by decreasing the amount of time you spend under the light. Certain medications or medical conditions may induce light sensitivity. Consult with your healthcare provider before using a light therapy lamp.
