It’s a bird watching starter pack, perfect for a fun and educational way to spend some time outdoors and appreciate nature!
Each Budding Birder Backpack contains:
- One pair of Vortex binoculars.
- A Guide to Birds of Western North America.
- A foldout waterproof guide to the birds of BC.
- A bookmark with conservation tips to help your local birds.
- A laminated “Birding Guide” sheet that provides tips on using the binoculars.
These kits are a legacy of the Stewardship Roundtable hosted by the Stewardship Centre for BC and Bird Studies Canada, and are made possible by the generous support of Wildbirds Unlimited Vancouver and Vortex Optics.
Given the strong community interest and limited number of kits, some patrons will experience a wait before a backpack becomes available. We appreciate your patience.
