If you are using a Family Fitness Pass you cannot pre-book a spot online for swimming. Just show up with the pass and your library card and you will be admitted!
The Family Fitness Pass provides access to the entire TCC facility, including the Wellness Centre, indoor track, and Canada Games Aquatic Centre; Brock Pool; and Westsyde Pool & Fitness Centre.

- your Thompson-Nicola Regional Library card.
Gym Age Policy
Youth aged 12 – 17 years are required to complete a FREE weight room orientation prior to using a gym. Upon completion, youth aged 12 – 14 years, are required to be supervised by an adult.
Pool Policy
All children 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult and remain within arm’s reach at all times. A maximum of 3 children 6 years and under can be supervised by one adult.
Where can I get a family fitness pass?
From any Thompson-Nicola Regional Library location. You will need a Thompson-Nicola Regional Library card to borrow the pass.
How long can I borrow a pass?
Passes can be signed out for up to a week. No renewals.
Who can use the pass?
The pass offers one free admission for up to two adults, plus all dependent children 18 years of age and under.
Can I reserve a pass?
- Passes can be placed on hold, just like any other item. Place a Hold
- One hold per family to allow as many families access as possible.
- Due to the popularity of the pass, please expect a wait period.
Can I use this for the Kamloops Gymnastics Trampoline Centre at the TCC?
Although located in the same facility, the Kamloops Gymnastics and Trampoline Centre is a separate organization.
The Family Fitness Pass is not eligible for entry use at the KGTC.
