New Mobile Library Stop at Brock Rec Centre

We’re thrilled to be offering a new Mobile Library stop at Brocklehurst Recreation Centre!

The new stop will launch on Friday, January 8th from 10:30 to 11:30 am and will visit every three weeks at that time.

The new Brock Rec Centre is another partnership with the City of Kamloops: the Mobile Library already has a very successful stop at the TCC, every Saturday from 10am-noon.

At the moment, the Mobile Library service looks a little different due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Our friendly staff serve up Library Takeout orders while patrons wait outside.

The Mobile Library offers regular service to thirty stops, rural and urban, throughout the Thompson-Nicola Regional District. It operates as a full-service library with a variety of materials including CDs, DVDs, magazines, books, and audiobooks for all ages. Your TNRL library card is valid at all 13 branches and the Mobile Library. Borrow at one branch and return to another. Library service is free to TNRD residents.

The Brocklehurst Recreation Centre is located at 2470 Fleetwood Avenue in Kamloops.
